\nThe MINIMUM<\/strong> number of players is FOUR (4)<\/strong>. NO EXCEPTIONS!<\/strong>\u00a0 You MUST<\/strong> arrive with a MINIMUM<\/strong> of FOUR (4)<\/strong> players in order to play the game.\u00a0 If you have less than 4 players, you will be responsible to find the minimum number in order to have a valid booking.\n

 <\/p>\nWill my game be private to my group only?<\/strong>
\nYes!\u00a0 All bookings are private to your group only, we do not allow mixed groups.\n

 <\/p>\nAre children allowed?<\/strong>
\nThe minimum age allowed to play our escape games is 8 years old, NO<\/strong> EXCEPTIONS. If ANYONE<\/strong> in your group is between the ages of 8 and 17 years old, an adult (18+) MUST<\/strong> either play the game with the minor(s) or remain in the lobby for the duration of the game.\n

 <\/p>\nWhere do we park?<\/strong>
\nPlease park in one of the parking spots marked “13th Gate \/ 13th Gate Escape Parking Only” in the parking lot across from the 13th Gate Haunted House. If they happen to be full, the rest of the lot is paid parking operated by Baton Rouge Parking.\n

 <\/p>\nHow can I book a Game?<\/strong>
\nWe are open 7 days a week starting at 9 a.m. daily. We accept online and phone reservations booked at least 3 hours in advance. To check availability and reserve your game, Click Here<\/strong><\/a>\n

 <\/p>\nHow far in advance should I book my game?<\/strong>
\nWe allow bookings until 3 hours before the game time, but to ensure you get the date and time you prefer, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.\u00a0 This is especially true of night and weekend games.\n

 <\/p>\nHow long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?<\/strong>
\nIn order to be considered “on time,” you MUST<\/strong> arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to complete our electronic waivers and watch the instructional video. Late arrivals may be admitted, but your 60-minute window cannot be extended so you will have less game time. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or no-shows.\n

 <\/p>\nWill we really be locked in a room?<\/strong>
\nThe door you enter from acts as both an entrance and an emergency exit and is never locked. However, if you must leave through this exit, the game will end immediately.\n

 <\/p>\nIs it scary like the haunted house?<\/strong>
\nAlthough some games are horror-themed, we wouldn’t classify them as scary, except for The Asylum. There aren’t actors and scares like the haunted house.\n

 <\/p>\nHow much does an escape game cost?<\/strong>
\nEach game costs $34.99 per person, plus tax.\n

 <\/p>\nCan I pay in cash on arrival?<\/strong>
\nNo, we do not accept walk-ins or allow pay upon arrival. In order to book a room, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.\n

 <\/p>\nI made a reservation, but I can’t make it, what do I do?<\/strong>
\nWe understand that things can come up. If you can’t make a reservation or need to make changes to it, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation for a full refund. No refunds for no-shows, cancellations, or reduced players within 24 hours of the scheduled game. Any corporate\/ team building\/ large party booking that received the corporate\/private party discount MUST<\/strong> give 72 hours notice in order to make any changes or to cancel.\n

 <\/p>\nI have a health condition, is it safe for me to play?<\/strong>
\nIt really depends… some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pacemaker, severe heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are pregnant, or have a physical disability that makes standing, crawling, or climbing difficult, we may politely ask you to not participate. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.\n

 <\/p>\nWhat should I wear?<\/strong>
\nWear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting a little dirty.\n
